Run by highly skilled and experienced leadlight artists with a real passion for the craft, our 6 week beginners course is designed to teach students the basic techniques commonly used in commercial leadlight studios.

What Will I Learn?
We cover all the basic techniques commonly used in commercial leadlight studios. No experience is necessary and you don’t even need to be particularly artistic; your instructors will guide you through every step of the way!
What will I create?
In 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to make your very own leadlight window from start to finish and a sun catcher using the copper foil method.
What are the class schedules like?
Classes run once a week on a weekday evening for 3 hours. Our next 6 week cycle starts on 14th October 2025. This cycle will be the last for the year, don’t miss it!
What do I bring?
Closed-in shoes, long pants must be worn at all times in class. All materials will be provided during the course, you’ll even get a new tool kit to bring home.

This includes a full took kit and sufficient materials for you to complete two projects
A deposit of $300 via bank transfer secures your place in the class, with payment of the balance required at the first class
Students receive a 10% discount on all future material purchases and are eligible for super specials that we run from time to time.
